I've been working in the IT industry since 1993, with my job scope ranging from providing in-house application support to customer HelpDesk services, and Networking and Systems Consultancy. Since then, I have garnered experience in setting up Data Centres, migrating back end systems from on-premises to the cloud, porting over email systems from one provider to another as well as being part of the team that achieved one of the first in Malaysia PCI-DSS compliant service.
